SHIPPING: UPS Ground or USPS. Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Most often we ship within a week, and we will confirm delivery time via email. Express delivery available on request for additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For orders originating outside U.S., please use a check orginating from an American bank or Pay Pal services. Additional shipping charges will be added. Email us for details.
GIFT DELIVERY SERVICE: If you would like your purchase to arrive for a special occasion, please provide the date. Three weeks advance notice is preferred. However, if the occasion is sooner, we will promptly send a gift card from you. Your gift will be wrapped with satin ribbon, and the personalized gift card will inform the recipient of Dreidel Design’s art and care instructions.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are not satisfied, that’s your problem. Securely package unused product and ship prepaid within 14 days of receipt. Please indicate reason for return. You will receive a refund. Used product may not be returned unless dissatisfaction is due to faulty construction.
